The Best No-Bake Cookie Recipe
1 Stick butter or (“I can’t believe it’s not butter” or other substitute for dairy free version)
1/2 Cup Milk (can use whole, 2%, dairy-free like oatmeal, almond, etc)
2 Cup Sugar
3 TBSP cocoa powder
1/2 Cup Peanutbutter
1 tsp vanilla
3 1/2 cups quick oats
Mix butter, milk, sugar, and coca powder together in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 and 1/2 minutes stirring continuously. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and vanilla. Stir well to incorporate. Mix in oats. Spoon tablespoon size (or larger if desired) amounts on parchment paper. Allow to cool completely before enjoying.
